The Yoga-Sámkhya allows the practitioner to naturally face great tension moments through the training of Ásana - psycho-biophysical positions; and through Yoganidrá it engenders full physical recovers in a few minutes, equivalent to many hours of deep sleep, allowing the maximum quality for a right biological night sleep. The Yoga-Sámkhya improves clarity of mind and increases the available energy available, through the great growth of brain irrigation (Ásana and Pránáyáma).
